Refund policy
Elverion, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at elverion.shop@gmail.com. We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the best way is to return your current product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at elverion.shop@gmail.com.
